When will my treats ship?
We ship USPS orders Monday - Thursday. We ship UPS orders on Mondays Only. While we make every effort to get your order out as quickly as possible, all of our products are made in small batches to ensure quality. As a result, turnaround may take up to 7 days (excluding subscription orders). We appreciate your patience and support!
What makes your treats different?
We use only high-quality, all natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives, fillers, or by-products. Our treats are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Where are your treats made?
All of our treats are handcrafted in Northern Maine in our family-run business.
Do you test your products on animals?
Our treats are tested only by the most willing participants - our own dogs and cat (and dog-nephews!). Never in a lab, always with love.
Are your treats grain-free/gluten free?
Yes! Our recipes are grain-free. We clearly label all ingredients so you know what you are feeding your pet.
What proteins do you use?
We use real, restaurant-grade meats such as chicken and beef, along with wholesome fruits and vegetables
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. If your arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
How should I store the treats?
For maximum freshness, refrigerate after opening.
Can I freeze my treats?
Since our bags are Freezer Safe, many repeat customers purchase multiple bags to save on shipping charges. You only pay actual shipping charges, never any handling or packaging fees. The USDA states foods kept continuously frozen are safe indefinitely.
